Healer LFG was started partially for selfish reasons. I am always trying to get to know my classes better and I figured what better way than trying to help others do the same.
I will say from the start my Druid, Brelaine, is my main. I’ve been playing it since shortly after release and have done all raiding content that’s been available. I won’t claim to be an expert on my paladin, priest or shaman. They are my alts, and while I try to not be a complete noob most of the content here regarding them will likely be beginner oriented and most in depth stuff will likely be from my Druidic perspective.
I’ve been in the same guild and Druid Officer since I started in Molten Core way back when and have been doing healing assignments since Blackwing Lair. Shortly after the expansion was released our guild leader left Blacklisted in my hands. I have since stepped down as guild leader and the guild is now run as a democracy between several officers, although I still tend to have a little more authority than I would like :). We killed Illidan Stormrage on December 3rd, 2007 and are now happily collecting our purple pixels and waiting for Sunwell to be released.
While I consider myself more pve oriented I do enjoy pvp on all my characters, but I wouldn’t place myself in the same league as some of the amazing resto druid pvpers out there. I do what I can and what’s fun in arenas and battlegrounds and am always seeking to improve in this area.
As far as the person behind the pixels, I work at home as a Web Developer and Designer. I work for an IT firm as well as privately through my own business. I am married and have two basset hounds, Floyd and Giles, I treat a little too much like people :). WoW has been my first real experience with an MMORPG thanks to my brothers encouraging me to give it a try. Now it has become the place we spend much of our free time.
